We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. 

Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes, colours and designs may vary.

If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, please send the item back within 7 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money (less original delivery costs) or send you a replacement if requested. 

Please note we are only able to accept items returned that have not been worn, altered or used. 

We can only replace identical products (requests for different sizes acceptable) if they are in stock,  if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order.

The BOLAM STYLE guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
